Interviews galore!

by Author | March 5th, 2010

Been a busy week as far as book promotions go. Gave a lengthy interview to Lee Davies who is reviewing my book for www.inthenews.co.uk We talked for about an hour on Tuesday and he is now whizzing through the book, so he can get his review online soonest. A nice guy who was much gentler than I expected a literary critic would be!

Also got my interview on BBC Radio York confirmed as 4 pm on Tuesday 9th March 2010, so just getting my head straight for the live broadcast! Also, lots of requests coming in from old comrades for signed copies, so have a small cottage industry going at the moment. In addition to that, was asked to go and talk to my childrens’ school about writing and publishing a book as part of National Book Week – the most nerve wracking thing of all. Had to explain in a very careful manner why my book wasn’t suitable for young children!

As a reminder, the book is available from the following outlets:

www.amazon.co.uk www.amazon.com www.waterstones.com

Waterstones, WH Smiths and large highstreet book stores (ask at the counter)

Hopefully, a number of libraries will be stocking the book shortly, too. All in all a busy but exciting time.
